The “AI Detector” war is getting ridiculous
I’ve seen students get F’s for “AI writing” when they actually wrote every word themselves. Why? Because AI Detectors are basically just guessing. In 2026, the tech is so good that even the detectors can’t keep up.

Smart students aren’t just copy-pasting anymore. They’re using “Style Injectors”—tools that add human-like errors and personal anecdotes into the text. When the detector sees a typo or a weird sentence structure, it assumes it’s “Human.”

It’s a broken system. Teachers are stressed, and students are becoming prompt engineers just to turn in an essay. Maybe we should just change how we grade things?

Alex’s Take
Don’t trust the detectors. They’re just another piece of software trying to sell a subscription to panicked schools. Use AI to learn, not just to finish.
